You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. Item must be in new, saleable condition. Electronic items are not available for a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will occur approximately 2 business days after order is payed in full with a possible delay for payment processing by a 3rd party credit card processor. Expedited and or time sensitive orders should be verified by email or phone before ordering and payment completed with Paypal. Order may delayed for many factors beyond our control. Orders in which payment or billing address and shipping address do not match will be delayed possibly up to 8 weeks. As always, Paypal is the most secure form of payment to expedite your order.
USPS First Class for International orders does not include a tracking number and we are unable to assist with lost packges. USPS First Class for Domestic shippments does include a tracking number. USPS Express, Priority or any UPS option are recommended for International orders if tracking is desired. No insurance included with any USPS Priority shipping options.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are not responsible for shipping calculation errors on the part of UPS or USPS. If an error does occur we reserve the right to use the best shipping method that has been paid for by the customer.
Please keep in mind many of the products we carry are very difficult to keep a steady supply chain. This may cause "out of stock" issues that even we cannot forsee.
Payments
We strongly recommend Paypal for all International payments. Credits card will be declined for many reasons including but not limited to shipping and billing addresses not matching. This may cause funds to be held by your credit card company for up to 3 months before being retunred to your account based on the type of "FRAUD" committed. We have no control over this and cannot speed the process. We are unable to provide any assistance with credit card problems due to our credit card processor declining your credit card due to privacy issues. Once our credit card processor declines your credit card for any reason, it may take up to 3 or 4 days for your credit card company to show the funds back into your account.
Warranty
Whygostock.com issues 30 day replacement warranty on Aftermarket and Whygostock.com brand items. Customer may be responsible for return shipping and/or documentaion of defect by photograph of orignal and new part in same photograph which can be email.
All other items are covered by manufaturers warranty. (ie. Motion Pro, Hyosung Motors America OEM parts) We will assist with warranty coverage by manufacturer, but do not issue any warranty on such items. Customer may be responsible for return shipping.
